These Terms & Conditions apply to all visitors, ticket holders and users of this website related to The Sphere and Queer Space.

By accessing this website, purchasing a ticket or attending the event, you agree to these Terms & Conditions.

1. Event Organiser

The events are organised by:

2. Tickets

• Tickets are only valid when purchased through official sales channels.
• Tickets may not be resold for commercial purposes without prior written permission from the organiser.
• The organiser reserves the right to refuse invalid or fraudulent tickets.
• Ticket holders are responsible for checking the accuracy of their ticket information.

3. Entry Requirements

• Minimum age for entry is 18.
• Valid identification may be required upon entry.
• Entry may be refused in case of intoxication, aggressive behaviour or violation of house rules.
• Security checks may be carried out at the entrance.

4. Programme Changes

The organiser reserves the right to:

• change the programme,
• modify opening hours,
• replace artists,
• alter event areas,
• or make other necessary adjustments without prior notice.

Such changes do not automatically entitle ticket holders to refunds.

5. Cancellation or Force Majeure

In the event of cancellation, postponement or interruption caused by circumstances beyond reasonable control — including force majeure, government measures, safety concerns or technical issues — the organiser cannot guarantee refunds unless required by applicable law.

6. Liability

Attendance is at the visitor’s own risk.

The organiser is not liable for:

• personal injury,
• loss or theft of belongings,
• indirect damages,
• or damages caused by third parties,
  except where liability cannot be excluded under applicable law.

7. Photography and Media

Photos and video recordings may be made during the event for promotional and reporting purposes.

By entering the event, visitors acknowledge that they may appear in event media unless explicitly agreed otherwise with the organiser.

Professional photography, filming or recording equipment may only be used with prior permission.

8. Conduct

Visitors are expected to behave respectfully towards other guests, staff, performers and the venue.

Discrimination, harassment, violence, non-consensual behaviour or any conduct threatening the safety or atmosphere of the event may result in immediate removal without refund.

Additional behavioural expectations are outlined in the House Rules.

9. Website Use

All content on this website, including visuals, logos, text and branding, remains the property of the organiser unless otherwise stated.

Unauthorised use, reproduction or distribution is prohibited.

10. Privacy

Personal data is processed in accordance with the Privacy Policy published on this website.

11. Applicable Law

These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of the Netherlands.

Where applicable, mandatory consumer protection provisions under local law remain unaffected.
